December 18th

The 3A computer has waved the white flag and refuses to boot up, the 3b machine continues to creep along.

The good news? New computers are arriving soon. The bad news? Any emails sent to 3A since Friday afternoon have not been seen. Please resend them to grade3b@benchmarkschool.net  or see a teacher if you have questions or concerns that we haven’t responded to.

There is little to no homework the rest of the week. Keep reading and practicing those math facts.

We need more helpers for our Roman Festival on Thursday morning! A sign up sheet is on the 3B door. Parents are needed to cover various stations during the games, award points and enjoy some peacock jerky (after we award the golden laurel garlands).  The festivities begin at 9am, togas are encouraged!

Friday is a half day with dismissal at 11:30. We will be painting, crafting, bending, gluing, wrapping and doing all sorts of creating in our classroom workshop. Sorry, no parents allowed! Report cards will go home with your children. (That would be at 11:30.) School policy prohibits us from sending them home any sooner.
